What To Expect
Step 1 - Inspection: "The first step is the Inspection. You do that by scheduling an appointment, either by calling us, going online or even doing it from your smartphone. You're automatically assigned a Collision Consultant who is responsible for taking care of you and your car from beginning to end. They can answer any question for you and they'll personally handle all the details with your insurance company. And just so you know, you're always free to take your car to any other repair facility if you want. Choosing us means you get an authorized repair facility, the same one used by Gardena Nissan and South Bay Toyota. Once your car is at our facility, your Consultant will fill out your Damage Report with you, doing a detailed visual inspection and taking photos of the entire car for documentation. The whole process usually takes less thanm 30 minutes. In some cases, a longer process called a tear down is required in order to look inside areas that aren't visible to the eye. Either way, we'll make sure that you get an accurate and competitive estimate that includes Sam's Autoland lifetime warranty for the life of your car. As soon as we get a repair authorization from you to go ahead with the repairs, we'll arrange for our personal shuttle to take you back home or to work. If a rental car is needed, Enterprise car rental is literally right next door so it only takes a few steps and you're on your way.
Step 2 - Repair: "The second step is our Repair Program. We'll give you a firm deliver schedule of when your car will be finished so you can plan your life accordingly. Every aspect of your cars restoration is done in-house by our repair specialists, so that we can maintain the same quality as the factory original specifications. The five point program starts with the mechanical department using the latest state of the art equipment by factory certified technicians. Then it goes to the body department. Next is the Paint department. We use only the highest quality paints and clear coat ensuring a paint finish that will last as long as the factory original. Then it's off to the Reassembly department to finalize the coordination and installation of the new parts and original elements with painstaking care. Finally, your car passes thru the Detail department for a dealership level inspection, topped off by a thorough cleaning and wash to its original showroom beauty in anticipation of your arrival. Each point in the process is quality control checked by our technicians to ensure our superior workmanship, culminating with a final road test drive before its officially ready to be returned to you. We can even contact you via email with the instant progress of your car during each stage of the repair program.
Step 3 - Customer Presentation: "The last step is our process is the Delivery of your car back to you. Once its finished, you'll be notified immediately by your Collision consultant that your car is ready for pickup. Upon arrival, you'll personally get a chance to inspect your car with your consultant who will walk you thru all of the repair work that was done point by point until your satisfied. When you're happy your car is as good as new, then its just one signature and you're good to go. Simple, convenient and hassle free.
